We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our sales strategies and operations, driving business growth and reinforcing our position as a leader in IT staffing. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, you will play a crucial role in nurturing long-term client relationships and pioneering innovative solutions that reflect our core values.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to secure new business and expand the company’s client base within the staffing industry.
  • Actively pursue new sales opportunities and lead negotiations to close high-value contracts.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in targeted sectors.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and leadership team to identify and execute targeted sales initiatives.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline and processes from prospecting to closing, ensuring a high standard of service, efficient operations, and scalability of business development efforts.
  • Provide expert staffing solutions tailored to meet the needs of new clients.
  • Conduct occasional travel for in-person client meetings and strategic engagements.
  • Utilize data analysis to target and develop emerging markets.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for new clients to account management following successful onboarding.
  • Contribute to organizational leadership, focusing on management and leadership development within the company.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales with at least three years of experience specifically in the staffing industry, and a total of more than eight years in sales across various industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to secure new business and expand the client base by leveraging existing relationships and prior client engagements.
  • Ability to initiate and cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers across various sectors.
  • Proven expertise in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality staffing solutions.
  • Strong network and experience in negotiating and closing sales deals, with a focus on new business development in the staffing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and best practices

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
